First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - first time posting

I applied for unemployment in Raleigh 11 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 11 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
