First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (Detroit)

I was laid off as an event coordinator and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. Any experience at all would help. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
