First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, customer-service rep here

I filed my claim 18 weeks ago after being let go as a customer-service rep. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
