First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, customer-service rep here

I filed my claim 3 weeks ago after being let go as a customer-service rep. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
