First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (Cincinnati)

I applied for unemployment in Cincinnati 2 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a sales associate before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Mine took about 2 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
