First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (Charlotte)

I applied for unemployment in Charlotte 8 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 8 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
