First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?

I filed my claim 26 weeks ago after being let go as a store manager. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
