First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (Boston)

I applied for unemployment in Boston 2 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 2 weeks. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Mine took about 2 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
