First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?, bank teller here

I applied for unemployment in Louisville 22 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a bank teller before this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
