First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - any advice?

I applied for unemployment in Pittsburgh 11 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Mine took about 11 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
