First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - any advice?

I applied for unemployment in Spokane 20 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
