First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - any advice?

I was laid off as a paralegal and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
