First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - any advice?

I was laid off as a line cook and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. It has been a long 2 weeks. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Mine took about 2 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
