First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - any advice?

I applied for unemployment in Cleveland 5 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
