First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? (Albuquerque)

I was laid off as an HR coordinator and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Mine took about 14 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
