First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? after 7 years as a recruiter

I filed my claim 2 weeks ago after being let go as a recruiter. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
