First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? after 4 years as a marketing coordinator

I applied for unemployment in Cleveland 15 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a marketing coordinator before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
