First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? after 4 years as an IT help-desk technician

I applied for unemployment in Nashville 16 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?
