First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? after 16 years as a retail manager

I applied for unemployment in Jacksonville 23 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Any experience at all would help. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.
