First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? after 15 years as a bank teller

I applied for unemployment in Fresno 12 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
