First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? after 14 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I filed my claim 14 weeks ago after being let go as a hotel front-desk agent. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
