First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? after 12 years as a store manager

I filed my claim 13 weeks ago after being let go as a store manager. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
