First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?

I was laid off as an IT help-desk technician and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
