First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?

I applied for unemployment in Honolulu 16 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
