First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?

I filed my claim 6 weeks ago after being let go as an IT help-desk technician. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Mine took about 6 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
