First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?

I was laid off as a payroll clerk and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Mine took about 9 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
