First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - 5 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Buffalo 15 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 15 weeks. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
