First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - 5 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Salt Lake City 12 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 12 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

Mine took about 12 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
