First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - 4 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Albuquerque 7 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been weighing on me all week. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
