First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check?

I filed my claim 26 weeks ago after being let go as an event coordinator. It has been weighing on me all week. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
