First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - 3 weeks in

I filed my claim 3 weeks ago after being let go as a line cook. Any experience at all would help. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Mine took about 3 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
