First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - 3 months and counting

I was laid off as a software tester and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
