First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - 2 weeks in

I applied for unemployment in Toledo 2 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
