First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - 15 weeks in

I applied for unemployment in Albuquerque 15 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
