First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - 13 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Tucson 8 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
