First unemployment deposit is late, what should I check? - 10 weeks in

I applied for unemployment in Honolulu 10 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
