Does severance delay my unemployment claim? - first time posting

I was offered severance of 13 weeks after being let go as a retail manager and I am unsure how it affects benefits. Any experience at all would help. The agreement mentions a release and a payment schedule.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
