Does severance delay my unemployment claim? - any advice?

I signed a severance agreement and I am worried about how to report it. I am in Louisville, in case local advice matters. The agreement mentions a release and a payment schedule.

I filed on day one anyway and reported the severance honestly. The agency decided what to do about the timing.
