Denied unemployment, how do I appeal? (update)

I got a denial letter last week saying I left my job voluntarily, but I was let go as a customer-service rep. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have not done a hearing before and I am nervous. Should I ask someone for free legal help?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
