Denied unemployment, how do I appeal? - first time posting

I got a denial letter last week saying I left my job voluntarily, but I was let go as an insurance claims processor. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have not done a hearing before and I am nervous.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
