Denied unemployment, how do I appeal?

I was told my separation was for misconduct, which is not what happened. It has been a long 7 weeks. My employer's version of events does not match mine, and I have emails that show it. Did you bring documents or only talk?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
