Denied unemployment, how do I appeal?

I was told my separation was for misconduct, which is not what happened. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have not done a hearing before and I am nervous. Should I ask someone for free legal help?

Legal aid offices and some workforce centres help with unemployment hearings at no cost. A call is worth it.

Stay calm and stick to facts. Mine lasted about thirty minutes and felt more like a conversation than a trial.
