Denied unemployment, how do I appeal? - 10 weeks in

I was told my separation was for misconduct, which is not what happened. It has been a long 10 weeks. I have not done a hearing before and I am nervous. Did you bring documents or only talk?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
