COBRA quote is huge, any alternatives? after 12 years as a production planner

I just got my COBRA paperwork and the deadline to decide is close. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I saw that marketplace plans might cost less. How did you decide?

I priced both side by side: total yearly cost, doctors in network and the deductible. Marketplace was cheaper for us, but only because our doctors were covered.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
