My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. It has been a long 7 weeks. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
