I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There are 16 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 23 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
