My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 23 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
