Applying for food benefits after losing my job (update)

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have been trying to stay organised about it. There are 10 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 5 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
