Applying for food benefits after losing my job (update)

I lost my job as a project coordinator and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There are 11 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 23 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
