Applying for food benefits after losing my job (update)

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. It has been weighing on me all week. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 3 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
